The Manufacturer warrants professionally sold and applied HOGO Paint Protection Film (PPF-Platinum SHIELD & PLUS SHIELD , PPFGloss, PPF-Matte as applicable) (the “Product’) against cracking, bubbling or discoloring caused solely by defects in manufacture or materials, for a period of ten or five years (as applicable) from the date of purchase of the Product.
This warranty is valid only if the Product application was performed by an authorized HOGO dealer and an authorized installer in India in accordance with Manufacturer s application procedures and applicable law. This limited warranty applies only to HOGO Paint Protection film. HOGO Paint Protection Film is intended and warranted for use only on fully cured OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) vehicle painted surfaces. This warranty is automatically void if installed over repainted, aftermarket painted or vinyl surfaces. Vehicle surface repainting is not covered under this warranty irrespective of the reason for removal. The warranty explicitly does not cover film installed on non-painted surfaces including but not limited to, headlights, indicator lights, chrome or carbon fiber trim. The warranty coverage does not cover any defects other than those specified and is made solely to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Dealers are not authorized to modify or extend said limited warranty in any manner. This Product is to be used only in compliance with all applicable laws. Warranty coverage is invalid if the Product is subjected to abuse, improper care. or use of abrasive or unapproved cleaning agents or in the event that any type of non-wax coating or supplemental clear coat is applied to the film. The Manufacturer assumes no liability for damage to film or vehicle resulting from improper installation or care. THE MANUFACTURER ALSO DISCLAIMS ANY DAMAGES OR STAINS CAUSED BY OUTSIDE FORCES OTHER THAN PRODUCT DEFECT OR ABNORMALITIES.
If any Product specified herein fails to conform to the limited warranty during the warranty period, the purchaser may obtain replacement Product, as well as removal of non-conforming Product and installation of replacement Product, at no charge to the purchaser, at the authorized HOGO Paint Protection Film dealer where the warranty coverage was issued. The obligations of the Manufacturer under this warranty are limited to the remedies set forth herein. Proof of purchase and completed warranty registration card issued by the authorized dealer to substantiate any warranty claim.
Except as prohibited by applicable law, the Manufacturer hereby disclaims liability for any incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from any cause whatsoever, except as expressly provided herein. The Manufacturer hereby excludes and disclaims any and all express warranties and, except during the applicable warranty period set forth above, also excludes and disclaims any and all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This product must be used in compliance with all applicable laws. Installation or use of this product in a manner that violates any applicable law is a misuse of the product and voids all warranty coverage, whether express or implied. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Please follow all recommended care instructions. Limited warranty coverage is invalid if the product is subjected to abuse, improper care or use of abrasive or unapproved cleaning agents. The Manufacturer assumes no liabilities for damage to the film or the vehicle resulting from improper care. Do not accept this limited warranty card if the dealer has not completed all vehicle, dealer and film information
